It's the (very) old Isle of Capri, no updates especially to rooms. Way too many better casinos in Biloxi where I won’t be treated like I’m trash. We will never spend a dime at that casino again. I haven’t received a refund for the $223 and our night away was ruined, so we ended up gong home. She stated it was refunded and she was not giving me a receipt. I stood there for 1/2 hour waiting for an email and never received it. She said she sent me an email, which I never received. I asked for a printed receipt saying it was being refunded but they claimed the printer was down. She said we could leave and she would refund our money.

They offered to switch us to a standard room and we said no because we reserved a terrace room, which the manager stated we did not, even though we did. We went to dinner and then the pool, came back and the smell had lingered into our room.

Then we went up to our room and the hallway was filled with the smell of marijuana. The manager checked us in and was very rude. We reserved a terrace room and had nothing but issues from the moment we arrived. A fantastic memory except for parking and walking.After being cooped up with 2 kids for 2 1/2 months, my husband and I really needed a getaway. Plenty, oh, plenty of drinks being served. We got a view facing Margaritaville and it was fun watching the new rides park and gulf water. Take extra coffee since there is no maid service. A microwave to heat up a leftover would have been nice. We had to take a cooler since rooms had no fridge. We parked in the center of one and two pick up trucks parked on each side. There are pilings and they fit 3 cars in between. Park on the left side (west side) of casino if you are staying. Lots and lots of walking from parking to room. To me, any hotel with a resort fee means NO nice things like fridges, microwaves, etc. Not sure why hotels keep up with this resort fees con game. They replied by email that I could just take it to the desk and they would print it, but it fell into our spam and we never saw it. No business center like website offers to print out and sign some paperwork.
